Babelee will be a sponsor, exhibitor and part of the conference program at the 2023 IAB Forum, Italy’s main event for digital innovation, held November 8-9 in Milan.
The 2023 event, under the theme of “Regeneration,” will be dedicated to the new methods and tools of digital innovation.
The event will take place at Allianz MiCo, at the Fiera di Milano, and will be an opportunity for discovering the best of marketing innovation, sharing cutting-edge digital content, and networking with industry leaders and innovators.
As part of the conference program, Babelee will present the Martech workshop, “How to transform the Customer Journey through personalized videos: the Italiaonline experience” with Francesco Compiani, Head of Marketing Operations at Doxee and Balma Mion Mauro, Head of Customer Care – WEB and Media Services at Italiaonline. The workshop will be held on November 9 from 15:00 to 15:30 in Amber 1.
The session will focus on how the first Italian internet company transformed its Customer Journey into an engaging and personalized experience thanks to personalized, automated, and interactive videos created with Babelee, an innovative video automation platform.
